2. Orders and Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before installation or product delivery.

3. All Sales Are Final

• All products and services purchased from Lake Valley Vacuums are final sale.
• No refunds will be issued, except where required by law.
• Exchanges or cancellations are not permitted once an order has been confirmed, except at the sole discretion of Lake Valley Vacuums.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vacuum systems
• Installation services (new builds or retrofits)

4. Service Calls & Installations

• We make every effort to complete installations and service calls according to the schedule provided.
• If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, we require notice at least 24 hours in advance.
• While we strive for perfect results, Lake Valley Vacuums is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing home conditions, misuse, or unforeseen complications beyond our control.

5. Warranty

Certain products may carry manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for specific warranty details. Lake Valley Vacuums will assist with warranty claims when applicable.

6. Liability

Lake Valley Vacuums is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service purchased.
